Laurie and Family Lifestyle…

There are just some people you meet and you can feel the love right away.  Well, this family was a perfect example of that.  They exuded love for each other the entire time we were together.  As you will see from the images….

The first time we met was at the beginning of this shoot.  They had never had family photos done before, so it was a new experience for them.  Although they certainly did not act like it! As you can see, they were excellent participants in the lifestyle session.  The golden rule is to just be yourselves, and clearly they were! I loved it!

The kids, were just so sweet — I got hugs and they told me they loved me……. melt my little heart!

Thank you so very much for sharing your family with me Laurie, I had such a great time getting to know all of you!

Leanne and Family Lifestyle Session

Leanne and her family met me at Webster’s Falls last weekend for their lifestyle session. We did this one a little later in the day and it was much chillier! Didn’t seem to bother Lucas and Mackenzie all that much thank goodness! They just ran around laughing for most of the shoot… exactly what a lifestyle session is all about!

We also had the pleasure of having the family dog with us for the shoot as well. I am always excited when clients want to include their animals in their lifestyle sessions — As you all know, I’m a big dog person and couldn’t have been happier to have him around for the shoot. They are part of the family after all!

Thank you so very much Leanne, you have a wonderful family and I am so happy to have been able to spend the afternoon with you five!

As you can see… kids don’t get too much cuter than these two!

Shannon and Family Lifestyle…

Okay, so pretty much, I have the best job ever… I just get to hang out with all these great kids all the time! Shannon’s two daughters were so funny! Honestly, if they weren’t running around giddy with excitement, they were off exploring or even better… posing!  It was a riot.

These were done at Webster’s Falls last weekend and again, the weather was ending up being great.  Could have been a little warmer, but hey, it’s November here!  I’m not complaining at all!

Thank you so very much Shannon, I had such a good afternoon with all of you!

Andrea and Family…

Well, I received a call from Andrea a few weeks ago and we decided to do their family lifestyle session last weekend. With our fingers crossed for the nice weather, we were blessed! It was a little chilly, but really could have been worse for November.

I had such a great time with this family, the kids were a riot. In an attempt to get the kids to smile a little more naturally, Grandpa decided he would start cheering for the wrong hockey team and that got them all going! These kids clearly loved Canada’s favourite pastime!

Thank you to all of you, it was such a pleasure to meet you and look forward to seeing you again in the future!

Go Leafs!

Tiffany and James Say I Do…

James and Tiffany you may all remember were engaged last year and had been planning what would turn out to be such a spectatular wedding in Huntsville.  Tiffany first contacted me last year and booked her wedding over the phone.  The first time I met them was at their Engagement session in Oakville this summer.   We hit it off right away, had such a great time and I just knew their wedding would be fabulous!

They came through and provided their guests with the such a well coordinated wedding at the Delta Grandview in Huntsville.  I have a feeling James and Tiffany could get into the wedding planning industry, and take it by storm!  From personalized water bottles, to welcome bags for the guests, to the favours, to the colours… It was an unbelievable wedding!

To start, the location was awesome.  A village on a golf course, what more could you ask for if you’re a couple who love golf?!  The Delta was a beautiful location, especially for this time of year.  The fall colours were stunning. The day started off pouring rain, as many of the weddings this year have…. However, just in time to go to the service, the skies parted and blue sky shone through.  I have a feeling this is a very good sign!

Finally, to top it off, James had one last surprise for Tiffany… He had taken planning the honeymoon into his own hands and was keeping all the details a surprise (including when they would be leaving) until after the wedding.  Tiffany seriously had no idea where they would be going or when! She filled me in on the locations just before they left, the day after the wedding.  Hope you two are enjoying your wonderful world travels!!!

Tiffany and James, I have no doubt that your lives together will be as wonderful as the display of love and beauty on your wedding day.  Thank you for having me a part of your day and for your friendship.  My gratitude, and admiration, Lindsay
