Sarah and Brian

Sarah and Brian were married at the Elmhurst Inn located in Ingersoll.  What a beautiful location this was.  It is an old castle style building with a few different rooms for events.   For a November wedding, Sarah and Brian really lucked out with the weather.  What a stunning day this was.   We were actually hot while shooting in November if you can believe that! Although,  I don’t think these two would have overly cared had it of been snowing, they were going to enjoy their day either way! What a wonderful couple — They were both so relaxed and ready for anything the whole day — Such a pleasure to work with.  I have no doubt they have many wonderful years of marriage ahead of them!

Thank you for sharing your day with us! We had a great time with both you and your families.

Here are a few of the images and a selection in the Slideshow…

Baby Chase…

I have known Crystal for just about all my life — From Kindergarten on.  Now here we are, all grown up with babies of our own.  It was wonderful to reconnect with Crystal and spend some time with her precious new family!  What a little heartbreaker baby Chase is going to be.  He was so good the whole session!

Crystal mentioned that Chase had been sleeping through the night since somewhere around 2 months old. I was clearly dying of envy!!  Baby Jack is 5 months old and still loves to summons me to his room twice a night for a little snack.  I picked their brains about baby sleep a little too much and they were more than happy to share some secrets. Thank you!

Little Sophie Grace…

Not too long ago I went and did a shoot with my good friends, Jess and Dave and their little angle Sophie…. Usually Sophie is a little giggly girl — For some reason she was a little skeptical of the camera during the shoot — That is of course until we gave her a few toys to play with and she warmed right up!~ Again, documenting these little ones grow and capturing the lives of my friends and clients is the exact reason why I love the art of photography so very much.

Here are some shots of Jack’s future Girlfriend Sophie and her family….

Little Adian

A few years ago, I shot a wedding in which little Adian was only 3 weeks old.  That was the last time I saw him.  A while ago Adian’s mom emailed as she had received a gift certificate last year and had not yet used it.  So we set up a shoot and met at Webster’s Falls for a little Adian time!  Now, I do know that children grow, but to go from 3 weeks old to two years old is quite a difference. It was so fun to see this little man in action — Just like most 2 year olds, Adian was not too keen on having his photo taken, so we let him run free and play in the leaves.  Mom had brought  some timbits which kept Adian’s attention for quite some time! See the slideshow!

Baby Curtis…

We went to Myers’ Apple Orchard for Little Curtis’ session. The weather could not have co-operated any better!  We didn’t have too long with Curtis before he threw the towel in and was ready to give up modelling for his afternoon snack….but before that we were able to get a few shots for his wonderful parents!

Thanks so much for coming out to a new location Marcie and Dave — It was a pleasure to meet you both!
